Most founders on X have followers and no buyers. Followers don't pay. Buyers do. I help founders get buyers from X without chasing followers. DM "brand" and I'll tell you if it's a fit.

Being broad kills businesses. I help market businesses, and "marketing for everyone" means competing with millions of others. Go niche and you're not in the crowd anymore. Example: a marketing service only for Cornish surf schools. Fewer competitors. Easier to remember. Easier to recommend.

Focus on collecting skills and experiences rather than money, and the money will come later.

Startups need you to say no. I used to say yes to family traditions I never liked. Now I say no and focus on what moves me forward and what matters. Every yes to something you don't care about is a no to your business.

Grok bot can turn your social feed into a asset. I had a mix of football and business content on YouTube, so i asked grok bot to turn my feed into a business environment. Stop consuming what doesn't move you forward and turn your socials into a asset to feed your mind.

When i started doing cold out reach i would DM prospects and give them the price and service before finding the core pain of the prospect. That costed me so many potential sales. find the pain and bottleneck of the client before you pitch

And to everything, if I'm on the right path, and I'm like, "Oh I've been doing it for 3 months," then I'm like, "Let's do this for a decade." This is because I've spoken to hundreds of founders and I've also watched a lot of my founder mentors. They just stress about sticking to one thing for a decade because if we stick to one thing for a decade, it is practically impossible not to become successful at that thing.

Watching a Alex Hormozi podcast and he made me think about how important it is to stick to one thing for a decade " I have yet to come across a bussiness that isnt capable of making 拢100 million a year" Alex Hormozi.

Takes around a decade to make any business succeed. So everytime you start something new, it restarts the clock and makes reaching a decade longer. Stop switching for the new shiny thing.

My mentors are Gary Vee, Alex Hormozi and Dan Martell. I've never met them, but they've done what I'm aiming for. That's why they matter. They show me what the path looks like, so I'm not guessing. Find someone who's already where you want to be and learn from them.

I am someone who can get very uncertain about whether one's doing is going to pay off. But one thing that helped me get through it is to remind myself to put the work in for a decade and be willing to put the work in (even when you don't see results, even when you don't know if it will work, and even when you don't know how to do it). You just need to trust the fact that you'll figure it out while you go.

The best way to stop scrolling is to make it as hard as possible to do. I unistalled Instagram yesterday once I realised I only use the app to scroll. Ever since ive deleted insta ive sent more dms and done more work. Make the bad habits as hard as possible to do.

As a founder i think getting proof from clients is more important than the money at the start.

If your not willing to go through the no'z then you wont win If you can handle 100 no's a day then you will become successful.
