Codepoint could be a useful replacement for the lamented Glyphfinder, in terms of finding Unicode characters. Good for finding proper dashes and quotes, etc. ixeau.com/codepoint/

Yes I'm afraid the entire print run is sold out. A new run is planned a new one at some point but I'm struggling to find a good enough print-on supplier (a 'proper' print run could cost £1000s)

Sorry to say they really have all gone. I’m looking for a good ondemand printer for a revised edition of the paperback, but the hardback was very limited.
