It’s been a great few weeks getting out on the road and sharing #3DCoaching with some incredible people.
A couple weeks ago, I had the opportunity to talk about redefining workforce development in Joplin at the #ForwardTogether Conference.
Then it was off to New Jersey to spend some time with coaches and athletic leaders at Rutgers-Newark.
Today, I had the opportunity to share with about 500 coaches and educators at the #OAHPERD Conference in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Whether it’s Business, Education or Sport, it’s the same core idea: Develop people. Build teams. Architect culture.
Now I’m headed home where this week we launch another 9-week cohort of 3D Master Class in St. Joseph, bringing leaders from across our community together to grow personally, strengthen their teams, and intentionally shape the cultures they lead.
And it’s still not too late to jump in.

On October 1, 2014, the 3D Institute was born.
Twelve years later, we’ve trained thousands of coaches in more than 60 countries, helping them establish foundation of purpose and architect a life-giving culture using the 3D Framework.
Bryston Williams was part of our very first class. Ten years later, we pulled out the purpose statement he wrote during that experience.
His reaction: “This 3D Journey, it changed my whole life.”
Next week, the journey continues as we launch another 3D Master Class, much like the one Bryston stepped into in year one.

When Valorie Kondos Field (@OfficialMissVal) was named head coach of @uclagymnastics at just 29 years old, she laughed.
“I don’t know the first thing about gymnastics.”
The response she received was simple:
“I trust you’ll figure it out.”
And she did.
But not by pretending to be someone she wasn’t. Miss Val had to discover the unique gift she brought to leadership. Once she did, it helped unlock one of the greatest coaching careers in college sports history, including 7 National Championships.
