There was only one night game a year, the whole sky would brighten up with fireworks, giving us just enough light for a game We played our best then because, I guess, we all felt like the big leaguers under the lights of some great stadium ❤️

During the MLB All-Star Game, they recreated the iconic Fourth of July scene from The Sandlot. Ray Charles’ “America the Beautiful” played, kids rode bikes onto the field, fireworks went off, one of the coolest things baseball has done in a long time.
