A busy bank holiday for our specials who worked Chester le street this weekend. Working alongside regulars, a high amount of domestics, drink driving reports and assaults were attended. #SpecialContribution
Today was the Walk of Witness parade in Chester le Street. This event was policed entirely by special officers who gave up their time to cover it for free. #specialcontribution

Another example of what Officers face on a daily basis. The female responsible bit through 2 layers of clothing to cause this injury and refused to let go. She bit a further officer and hit two others. Disgraceful behavior.
During a recent nightshift, one of our special officers took part in undercover operations in the west of the county. This resulted in the seizure of cannabis from an individual that was ready for distribution. #specialcontribution
#UKsnow returns to the county this morning. Whilst it's not lying in most places, drive as you would in any adverse weather. Keep your distance, use headlights, adjust your speed to suit the conditions. #DriveToArrive and #GanCanny #3459
