Behind her, in a circular formation, are Egwene, Nynaeve, Lan, Rand, Perrin and Mat, all with intense expressions. The background is a gold foil circle on blue. At the bottom is a battle scene, and logos for both The Wheel of Time and Prime Video, along with text reading "September 1, New Season."
ALT We come to you with some rough news tonight. This past Saturday night Brian, aka Recappa Sedai, sustained multiple skull fractures and a brain bleed in a serious fall. Surgery went well, but as of right now he's heavily sedated until they're certain that the pressure in his skull is stable and it's safe to wake him up. Just today, there were some positive signs of improvement in his condition, but Brian and his husband Patrick will have some hefty medical bills, in addition to what may be a long recovery period. Brian is one of the most beloved figures in this fandom and in addition to informing everyone of his condition, we wanted to let you know that we are setting up a GoFundMe to help Brian and Patrick with the expenses associated. Any support you can give, in the form of money, prayers, or good and supportive thoughts for Brian and his family, would be so appreciated and welcome. If possible, please contribute as you're able through the link above.
ALT Black and white headshots of showrunner Rafe Judkins and actors Rosamund Pike, Daniel Henney, Zoë Robins, Madeleine Madden, Josha Stradowski, and Marcus Rutherford accompanied by the text, "NYCC Virtual Panelists, October 8, 2:30pm ET, Main Stage."
