J. Cole was right when he said childhood ends when you rewatch 2000s movies as an adult. The Incredibles wasn't about Syndrome. It was about Bob Parr hiding his depression from his wife while Helen searched his clothes for evidence
Quinta Brunson says ‘THE CAT IN THE HAT’ includes heavy themes that aren’t sugarcoated for kids “I think back to The Incredibles, that movie was about a family on the brink of divorce & separation... I’m sure my parents were watching that like, ‘Jesus, this is some deep stuff.’”

Richard Sherman reveals Kobe Bryant called him for a BodyArmor equity-for-promotions deal, turning commercial shoots into a $13,000,000 payout when Coca-Cola acquired the company years later "Kobe Bryant, and God rest his soul, was the only reason I got involved. He called me and was like, 'Hey, I'm starting this BodyArmor company, we don't got a lot of money. We got equity, but I want you to be a part of it, it's going to go big, trust me.'"  "And so I got in and it was like me, Luck, Gronk I think, maybe Skylar Diggins. Like we did this old school commercial where they didn't even pay us, we just was in there like, you know, and I don't even know if the commercial, I think they just showed it internally to sell product and to show that they had some legitimacy."  "Fast forward, I think that was 2013 maybe, or 2014. And then you fast forward to like 2020 when it sells to Coca-Cola and it ends up being $12M - $13 Million."  💰 "And it started off with just showing up and advertising and there were so many cool moments, like, I was at a press conference and I think we're at the second Super Bowl and I took the Gatorade down and put BodyArmor up there and the league got mad, but it the job's already done."  "It's already been seen, it's already a thing, it's a talking point. And we we grinded it up so organically that it just blew up and it made so much sense and because I took equity instead of just chasing the cash because they didn't have cash."
