Actually, if you cut an ad saying Americans are having a tough time buying bananas because we spend 1/10 of 1% of the budget on Israel -- with most of that being funneled back to U.S. defense contractors -- and not a really big storm in the Pacific, you do, in fact, hate Jews.

FALSE: He is NOT a U.S. citizen. @ICEgov arrested Felibi Biladi Siagha-Coke on January 5.  He is an illegal alien from Jamaica with previous convictions of assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, and insurance fraud. Siagha-Coke was previously issued a U.S. Passport based on a FRAUDULENT birth certificate that was revoked following an investigation, and his applications for a citizenship certificate have been denied multiple times. An immigration judge ordered Siagha-Coke removed from the United States on April 14 — he will remain in ICE custody pending removal and will continue to receive due process. Under @POTUS Trump and Secretary Mullin, if you break the law, you will face the consequences.

The US spends $48 billion on foreign aid annually, and roughly 5% of it is spent on Israel's defense. If you think that @cenkuygur's ad is Antisemitic because it solely blames Israel for the price of your bananas and eggs, than you're absolutely right, and he knows it.

This happened in my district. @60Minutes is reporting fake news. As @DHSgov and @ICEgov have already made clear, this guy was not a “Texas father.” He’s an illegal alien whose very existence on American soil violated federal law every second of every day for 25 years. Don’t want to get caught up in the government’s fully legal third-country removal policy? Don’t be here in the first place. Easy. We are a nation of LAWS. Follow them, and life is good. False. This is called terrorist propaganda. Assuming GC IV applies (it doesn't: xitter.cf/BrianCox_RLTW/status/2…, but assuming it does), Article 33 prohibits "collective PENALTIES" (pic 1). And Article 49 prohibits forcible transfers OUTSIDE "occupied" territory, while PERMITTING "total or partial evacuation" if "imperative military reasons so demand" (pic 2). As @IDF has clarified here @X (all you have to do is check), the evacuations & demolitions were not "penalties" at all. And they were undertaken BECAUSE imperative military reasons so demand (pic 3, not to mention the condemned structures were erected illegally to begin with). But this is how the scam works. It doesn't matter what @Israel does. And it doesn't matter what transgressions Palestinians commit. Anti-Israel activists will find a way to blame 🇮🇱 while erasing the conditions created by Palestinians that prompted the security measures or other response. Usually the anti-Israel rhetoric relies on rampant popular #legaldisinformation. But because the LANGUAGE of international law is often invoked, those who simply don't know any better (or who are simply wilfully ignorant) buy into the rubbish. It's a hoax - always has been. And the practical effect is that political violence & terrorist activity, like the checkpoint attack that prompted these particular security measures in the first place, are excused & justified - all in the name of falsely condemning the world's only predominantly Jewish state. Do your part. Learn how to recognize legal disinformation. Hey @RepJayapal, who the hell appointed you judge and jury? You and 175 Democrats have already declared @Ilhan innocent and her investigation politically motivated. Based on what evidence? Did you review the underlying records? The financial disclosures? The discrepancies? Or is being a Democrat all the evidence you need? And now you’re threatening to use the power of the purse when Democrats regain control? That’s quite a racket. Declare an investigation political before the facts are established, then threaten to use congressional power against the investigators. You’re not defending due process. You’re demanding a special standard for one of your own.
