Honestly, we are extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. When you provided us with the account, you never clearly informed us that it was a marketing account with withdrawals disabled. We accepted the account in good faith, traded on it, put in our time and effort, and even passed the challenge, only to discover that withdrawals were not available. If this was a marketing account intended only for promotional purposes, we believe we should have been informed from the beginning. It is unfair and frustrating to allow someone to invest their time and effort into trading an account without clearly disclosing such an important restriction. We trusted you to be transparent with us, but this experience has seriously damaged that trust. We are not happy with this situation, and we deserve a clear explanation. We want to know why this restriction was not communicated to us before the account was provided and what you intend to do to resolve this issue. We expect a fair solution, not just an explanation after all our efforts. Transparency and honesty are essential in any partnership. We hope you take this matter seriously and address it accordingly.
