Gender reassignment surgery costs upwards of $100,000. Somehow these dumb fucks think the science teacher is doing it for free between PE and math class. It is impossible to overstate how fucking stupid these people are

I mean this in the most polite way I can possibly say it, but if you’re voting for republicans because you’re afraid children are getting gender reassignment surgeries, I fear you are the dumbest fucking person on the planet.

Replying to @QueenzFlip
Can we stop acting like Rihanna is his only offense though. Did Karrueche not file a restraining order? Is he not facing charges for a violent act currently? Y’all act like he’s been reformed for years.

Seeing misinformed Jalen Brunson/Knicks talk in aftermath of Kawhi/LAC penalties talk. As a reminder: Jalen Brunson signed a max extension in 2024. If you compare it to max deal he could’ve signed as a free agent, Brunson left $37M on the table (details below). Leonard, per NBA report, received money outside of traditional salary cap payments as part of his first deal with LAC. Brunson was already in NY when he signed extension. (He came to NY after signing a much-maligned 4-year, $104M deal). At the risk of @PabloTorre calling me a team-friendly beat reporter, I’ll say confidently that Brunson signed his max extension with the intent to give Knicks more financial flexibility and he will be paid handsomely when he signs his next max extension with NY. So it’s silly/misguided to make any comparison to Kawhi/LAC. If I end up being wrong, feel free to come after me over this. (@OldTakesExposed). But I don’t think Brunson has a side deal with the Las Vegas Sphere. There’s no smoking gun here. sny.tv/articles/knicks-jalen…

Today’s mention count tracked certain topics and segments across all Fox News programming from 12 p.m. ET to 10 p.m. ET (Outnumbered to Hannity). The WNBA was mentioned around 74 times, and the story around Enes Kanter Freedom was mentioned across almost every show. The only show where I didn’t see any mention of the WNBA was Jesse Watters Primetime. Most of that show’s time was allocated to an interview with Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed. A variation of a segment portraying socialists as rich—“LuLu Lenin” was the subject of some of these segments—played across a few of the shows (Outnumbered, America Reports, Will Cain, and The Ingraham Angle). Bessent’s Economic D-Day announcement was the lead story on America Reports, The Story, Will Cain, and Special Report. Here are the topics they focused on during the openings for the evening shows: The Ingraham Angle: WNBA Jesse Watters Primetime: Communists/Angie Nixon. El-Sayed was mentioned toward the end of the monologue as an introduction to the Abdul El-Sayed interview. Hannity: Abdul El-Sayed/Hasan Piker

NBA has found no evidence showing Steve Ballmer funneled money through team sponsors to pay Kawhi Leonard to circumvent the salary cap, per @Baxter, @DVNJr, @ramonashelburne, @ShamsCharania.

Take me back to the two week period when this was a foul
The NBA needs to implement a "natural shooting motion" rule. If you move unnaturally to draw a foul it should be an offensive foul

trying to write the most evil character they can conceive of but they can’t keep up with the level of the actual president’s depravity
Eric Kripke says Donald Trump posting a photo of himself as Jesus ruined the Homelander as God joke in ‘THE BOYS’. “A month ago when we were talking about marketing, I was like, Homelander saying he’s God is so out there. We have to be careful about how we even introduce the idea to the public because they’ll say he’s gone too far and here we are. It’s just really hard to out-satire this world.” (Source: polygon.com/the-boys-showrun…)

The Bible spends far more time on poverty, greed, and personal conduct than it does on homosexuality. Yet some people center everything on that one topic because punching down on marginalized people doesn't take courage. It's actually cowardice.
The Chicago Bulls are waiving guard Jaden Ivey after his recent anti-LGBTQ comments amid several rants on religion and other topics, sources tell ESPN.

Awfully convenient that Nicki Minaj found her conservative voice right as she’s losing a $20M mansion and her husband needs a pardon. Just like Russell Brand becoming an anti-woke crusader right after being accused of sexual assault. It’s a grift as old as time.

This is why, while I respect x-player, when people tell me stuff like their opinion matters more than knowledgeable non-players, I laugh. There are some truly insightful intelligent ex players who know ball. And then there's stuff like this
Gilbert Arenas said remove resume and Jamal Crawford is better than Manu Ginobili 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Y’all keep saying “if you don’t rely on the government, this won’t affect you.” That’s a lie. When they cut SNAP, WIC & fundings that support health centers & temp assistance programs, it hits everybody. Groceries cost increase, stores lose money, businesses will slow down, & of course us working class citizens end up helping family/friends who don't have it. It’s not fearmongering; it’s facts. When the bottom breaks, the middle gets crushed in some way, too.
I disagree. People who don’t rely on the Gov are almost never affected by the changes they make,.. unless they make it their business to find a way to include themselves into the situation.. it’s all fearmonger tactics to make people think something’s changed when it didn’t.

BREAKING: Journalist and college professor Stacey Patton goes viral by penning a stunningly powerful statement about how she was on Charlie Kirk’s “digital hit list” and recounting the horror that he inflicted on her. We cannot allow this tragic assassination to whitewash Kirk’s legacy… “I am on Charlie Kirk’s hit list,” Patton wrote to her 215,000 followers on Facebook. “His so-called ‘Professor Watchlist,’ run under the umbrella of Turning Point USA, is nothing more than a digital hit list for academics who dare to speak truth to power. I landed there in 2024 after writing commentary that inflamed the MAGA faithful. And once my name went up, the harassment machine roared to life.” “For weeks my inbox and voicemail were deluged. Mostly white men spat venom through the phone: ‘bitch,’ ‘c*nt,’ ‘n****r.’ They threatened all manner of violence,” she continued. “They overwhelmed the university’s PR lines and the president’s office with calls demanding that I be fired,” Patton wrote. “The flood was so relentless that the head of campus security reached out to offer me an escort, because they feared one of these keyboard soldiers might step out of his basement and come do me harm.” “And I am not unique,” she added. “Kirk’s Watchlist has terrorized legions of professors across this country. Women, Black faculty, queer scholars, basically anyone who challenged white supremacy, gun culture, or Christian nationalism suddenly found themselves targets of coordinated abuse,” Patton wrote. “Some received death threats. Some had their jobs threatened. Some left academia entirely. Kirk sent the loud message to us: speak the truth and we will unleash the mob!” she continued. “That is the culture of violence Charlie Kirk built. He normalized violence. He curated it, monetized it, and sicced it on anyone who dared to puncture his movement’s lies,” she wrote. “And now, in the wake of his shooting, there’s all this national outpouring of mourning, moments of silence, yellow prayer hands, and tributes painting him as a civil debater,” Patton continued. “But the truth is that Kirk and his foot soldiers spent years terrorizing educators, trying to silence us with harassment and fear!” “And now the same violence he unleashed on others has come full circle.” “But what i find especially jarring is the dissonance in public mourning for a smug white man whose life work was actively hostile to certain groups,” she continued. “Kirk spent years demonizing LGBTQ people, mocking gun survivors, spewing racism about Black folks, and pushing policies that literally shorten lives.” “It is so revolting to watch a bipartisan wave of grief sweep over this hateful racist as if he was a neutral community servant,” she concluded. This is pure unvarnished truth from Patton. Charlie Kirk did not deserve what happened to him, but nor did his victims deserve the hell that he unleashed on them. If Americans are going to build a more peaceful future for ourselves we must condemn political violence while also condemning the hateful, bigoted rhetoric that made Kirk a multimillionaire. Please retweet and ❤️ if Patton’s message struck a chord with you!
