Theres some data on this, older adults who play tennis regularly have extended longevity, and very low risk of injury
Playing 2-3 times a week is enough
My take is tennis is anaerobic, not super high impact, lateral movement and visual tracking preserve critical motor coordination skills and very brain stimulating

He’s absolutely right. Cows are part of environmental sustainability. Methane from cows is part of the natural carbon cycle that after 12 years breaks down into natural CO2 and water. Grass absorbs the CO2 by photosynthesis and the cycle starts again.
