I am FINALLY reliving my Fortnite switch content days! In 2019 and 2020 I’d post a video and get 3,000 views almost immediately. And the same day as high as 10,000. When I’d stream I’d hold 300-1000 live viewers. It was surreal. 2026 and I’ve been chasing that ever since. I finally got it again. But completely different. When I post a real estate video. Each gets 3,000 views almost immediately and my recent have 60k, 30k and 20k. It’s mind blowing. I get recognized everywhere I go in my city and it feels like when I was popular on Nintendo Fortnite. I’m so happy with where my content has brought my time and time again. Thank you for those who have followed me in my journey

I bet BIG on myself. For years I worked in marketing as a Marketing Director for a trailer business. I went to school for them at BYU and now USU. I wanted to be the best I possibly could be for them. I realized that as time went by they always added to my job and value but never benefitted me, just them. This is when I made a huge bet on myself and finally did something for me. In January of this year it was almost a full year of me considering to leave my job to be an entrepreneur! This was not only the hardest decision of my life, but talk about scary! I knew something had to change in my life because I just wasn’t happy. I went in and put my 2 weeks in at my job, and their answer came as a massive surprise to me. Most people put in their 2 weeks and work a full 2 weeks and get to even possibly train the replacement. I planned this and even got everything written down for that person to be doing. They also offered me a bigger role for years but it never came, this was also apart of my reasoning of my decision. After I talked to my boss and said I was putting my 2 weeks in he said ā€œAre you sure?ā€ And then followed up with, ā€œokay pack up your stuff we don’t want you here.ā€ This hurt me beyond any explanation. They even followed me around when I got my things and said goodbye to everyone. It was the hardest day of my life, and saying that is an understatement. The following day I immediately paid for real estate classes and did my schooling and test in only 4 months total, and that’s counting the 3 times I had to retake. I studied 6 hours per day and gave it my all, treating it like a full time job. Came along June, I was finally a licensed Real Estate Agent. Day 1 as a Realtor started and I was challenged, because of my marketing background, to make a video every single day. Here I am almost 50 days in and I have put out over 60 videos and already gotten almost half a million views, sold my first home on day 22, and these aren’t even the crazy part. I get recognized every single day by someone knowing me from my content. The feeling is surreal. (Because my content is hyper local) I asked myself 1 question the day I started and that was, ā€œwhat is something no Realtor is doing?ā€ I came to the conclusion that no one makes videos outside of houses in real estate, in my area. So I make videos about the city, the people, the businesses, and my daily real estate journey. This is something my area hasn’t seen and I wanted to bring a new outlook on our city. My goal was to make sure everyone knew who I was, so that selling homes came from me being the first person they think of. I bet big on myself and it was the best decision I ever made. My job used to be doing all of this for someone else’s business, and now it’s for mine. Doing hard things isn’t a bad thing and it will grow you as a person. I am here to say I am proud of betting on myself and I encourage everyone to do the same.

I am replaying halo infinite’s campaign because I love halo but i discovered something My opinion hasn’t changed. I glazed it and a lot of people said that it wasn’t good and didn’t deserve the glaze. It’s genuinely peak story telling and gameplay. Perfect halo game. It will age very well. Mark my words
