My last cousin to leave @UlrichKISD 🥹🥹🥹 It was a such a joy to see my little cousin, JaMichael, running through these hallways the last 3 years just like he ran through the house as a 2 year old telling everyone he was JJ Watt! 🤣 So proud of the young man he has become! ❤️💙
This is so good. My crippling fear of complacency is strong 😂. We can ALL be better.
💫 Here's to reaching for the stars with your staff this year. 💫

ALT Bulletin board that says, "If we create a culture where every teacher believes they need to improve, not because they are not good enough, but because they can be even better, there is no limit to what we can achieve."
Teacher tired is a whole different beast 😂💀 this is me this morning! I may need two cups of coffee ☕️
So blessed to be a part of this team! It’s going to be a great year! ❤️💙
The best leadership team in Klein ISD is at @UlrichKISD 💙❤️ These individuals are student focused and driven by their purpose and passion. I'm blessed to work along side these great individuals 🙌🏾. 🎉🥳🎊🌟

Call me crazy, but I don’t think these results are solely based on COVID like TEA suggests. We have to prioritize teachers, value teachers, and coach teachers to meet the needs of our students. Until then, the challenges will continue and students won’t grow. ✨
That’s a wrap! Lots of tears today. I’m gonna miss these kiddos so much. 2 years with the same kids and a lot of laughs. They told me today, “You really prepared us, and we’re ready!” That statement made it all worth it. They ARE ready. So proud of them! ❤️💙❤️
What a great way to end a long testing day! One of my sweet students drew a family portrait for me! I’m AMAZED at the talent of my students 🥹❤️
These kids make me so proud! ❤️💙
I love our Klein ISD kids. 💛 Ulrich & Klein High absolutely blew me away today. I’m ending today grateful and inspired. #KleinFamily
ECR Operations was a hit today! Round 2 of surgeries next week! The kids had a blast and the conversations were so helpful to our “patients” 🩺💉
Me in my happy place 💕 I don’t know when I’ll hang up my teacher bag, but for now, this still brings me joy.

Guess who randomly decided to take the high school certification test just to see if she could pass? 🙋🏽♀️ Guilty.
