Signing off Twitter. Some of you are great and I’ll miss you. I’ll be back when I need to contact a public-facing org.

The point I’m trying to make is that there’s a distinct “before” and “after” when it comes to events. Things that were inconceivable prior to an event can become obvious after. But it’s important to think about what should be obvious *before* important people are panicking.

Has anyone considered using 4️⃣ as their private key? In unicode it's 7 bytes (56 bits).
This feels like a fair compromise between the two main stakeholder positions, "Private keys should be at least a little bit secure" vs "I want my private key to be 4"
The most important thing today is that Starlink and Starshield operations have been restored to the speeds we had before the restrictions. The speeds are now where they need to be. The restoration began overnight, and by this morning, speeds were already sufficient. This matters: for our frontline logistics, for defending Ukraine against jet-powered “shaheds.”
I thank all Americans and all our partners who took this seriously and truly helped – members of Congress, senators, all the media, the State Department, and the President. Protecting lives matters.

Until we get confirmation Jira is safe from the PHP vulnerability, I don’t think anyone should be opening tickets or assigning me work.
It’s not an exaggeration to say BioWare shaped the trajectory of my entire life. Baldur’s Gate I is the game that made me fall in love with gaming when I was 10. BioWare (specifically Trick Weekes & the writing team) gave me my 1st job in the industry. My dream studio& my 1st job

Bioware has been a massive part of CDPR history. We befriended them when localizing and selling Baldur’s Gate games in Poland, Czech, and Slovakia. And later they were great help when lending us their engine for Witcher 1, sharing their wisdom and even giving us a spot at their booth at E3. I had a pleasure to visit them a few times in Edmonton and also host them in our Warsaw office. Very sad for the people affected, but also sad to see a legendary brand go down. Not a great day in the games industry.
