Alzheimer’s is one of medicine's hardest unsolved problems, and one of the most devastating.
At the OpenAI Foundation, we believe AI is well suited to its complexity. We're directing over $100M to scientists mapping the disease, designing drugs, & more.
I wrote about it here:

We see our home planet as a whole, lit up in spectacular blues and browns. A green aurora even lights up the atmosphere. That's us, together, watching as our astronauts make their journey to the Moon.

ALT A full disk image of Earth, as seen from the Orion capsule. The planet is a pale blue, swirling with white clouds and glowing slightly lighter blue in place from reflected light. From about 8 to 9 o'clock, a large brown landmass is Africa, with the Iberian peninsula twinkling with lights just where the planet curves. At the 1 o'clock spot, aurora glow in a thin green glow, just barely separated from the planet's surface. Earth is set against the black of space. Credit: NASA/Reid Weisman

Our current President is calling for his predecessor and his current challenger to be jailed. In America. The story - the only story - out of his sideshow bullshit is this. The entire enterprise is on the line. It’s not clever political tactics - it’s unprecedented and sick.

Working from home is a skill that translates well for entrepreneurship.
It requires a comfort with isolation, intrinsic motivation, and superior time management.
When employees do find that they have these attributes, many may begin to pursue their ideas with the spare time.

This is a complete black eye for the smart home industry. @BrilliantTech would never do such a thing to our customer base/community. Can you imagine saying you need to pay a subscription years after purchasing a TV or iPhone?
Dissappointed in @TheWinkApp The device had so much potential & was one of the first of its kind. @BrilliantTech seems to be a much better device. And now the only way for Wink to survive is to charge $4.99 a month? You lost this customer. I agree with:
