A few examples of characters I've made, pictures taken in VRChat, but the same exact appearance can be achieved for desktop streaming. Technically, you don't even need to convert it to another format because VRChat allows face tracking on desktop mode!

It can take quite a bit of learning to figure it all out. But once you do, you can use it for VRChat and VRM/Desktop Streaming! Plenty of tutorials exist to learn these things, I might make one for the whole process myself eventually.
