This isn’t a small launch… this is the beginning of something massive. Jason Krishnan, the visionary founder, in the testing kitchen alongside his son Elijah, building fry’d! together from day one. Working side by side with Eddie Cofie to lock in a menu built to scale globally. Built with precision… but never without energy. Fast-paced, high energy, and a real look inside the kitchen. And the distributors? They weren’t pitching casually… they were fighting for a seat at the table. That tells you everything.

Perfection doesn’t happen by accident. In the fry'd! test kitchen with Eddie Cofie, the man, the myth, the legend, bringing decades of experience, precision, and obsession to every recipe, refining every flavour, every bite, every detail. This is what goes into building a menu worth the hype. Clean ingredients. Dirty good flavour.
