Congratulations to Ava Hope on her 11th place finish in 18:37 and 1st Team All-State honor! This is her second time on the podium and she is now the first Winterset girl to ever collect All-State honors twice. She now owns the all-time course record at state for our school.
Congratulations to sophomore Alex Wolfe for finishing 82nd place in a time of 17:25 for his first ever state experience! We are proud how his season led him to the biggest stage!
Congratulations to freshman Eva Minnich on her 2nd Team All-State honors! She finished 28th place in a superb lifetime best of 19:29. That puts her 3rd all-time at the Fort Dodge course for Winterset. This is only the beginning for her!
