BREAKING: Kano Hisbah Arrests Popular TikT0ker Amani Ishaq, Two Other Women Over Alleged ‘Immoral’ Dance Videos The Kano State Hisbah Board has arrested popular TikToker Amani Ishaq and two other women over allegations of sharing dance videos on social media that allegedly violate moral standards. The Deputy Commander of the board, Dr Mujahid Aminuddeen, confirmed the arrests in a statement on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The three women were identified as Amani Ishaq, Hauwa Khamis and Sa'adatu Muhammad. According to the statement, the suspects were arraigned before Magistrate Court No. 5 on Court Road, Kano. The board specifically accused Amani Ishaq of posting TikT0k dance videos allegedly considered contrary to proper upbringing and the teachings of Islam. Hisbah said the videos were offensive to public morality and inconsistent with the values it enforces in Kano State.
