Steelers long snapper Christian Kuntz is the Week 9 NFLPA Community MVP. He and his wife, Heather, donated $10,000 to Pittsburgh Morrow school to help open a new resource room, which will provide food, uniforms and hygiene kits for at-risk kids and families every month. The Kuntz 4 Ki6s Foundation also hosted a Halloween Bash, welcoming 80 local children for trick-or-treating, and pumpkin decorating.
In recognition of this honor, the NFLPA will donate $10,000 to the Kuntz 4 Ki6s Foundation. Others can contribute to the cause here: gofundme.com/f/christian-kun…

It is quite odd. One other part of this, that's generally a peeve for me: Coordinator contributions aren't weighed enough. The 1994 49ers were a machine and Shanny was a massive part of that.
Ex-#Broncos FB Howard Griffith on legendary coach Mike Shanahan having to continue to wait for election to Hall of Fame:
“It’s tough to believe (Shanahan has been) having to wait this long when you think about some of the other coaches that are in (the Hall of Fame). No disrespect to them, but if you put his credentials up against some of the guys who are in there right now, there’s no question he should be in there.
“You think about how (Shanahan) built his teams. He had an unbelievable support staff … He had a lot of talent around him (in the front office) that was able to put the right pieces for him, so his vision could be seen, but look at what he did for the game, winning two Super Bowls and you look at his coaching tree and how impactful it is today.”

Senator-Elect @AbdulElSayed does not back @SenSchumer for leadership: "I want new leadership - focused on getting money out of politics, putting money in your pocket, and passing Medicare for all... I want to see who else is willing to throw their hat in the ring."
(From @BulwarkOnline)
I’m seeing too many dems pull out the nice guy act and it’s making me nervous. If they fumble this we’re fucked in 2028. They were literally handed a golden ticket to success and all they have to do is the fucking OBVIOUS which is taking the Trump administration down. That should be their day 1 priority. How is that not clear? We voted blue to end the corruption and now I’m seeing some of these people promise to “work together” with the administration? No one will have faith in their leadership if they do this. This better just be words to appease Trump because I need to see heads roll come January.

“Americans don’t want us to get even; they want us to get things done.” — Hakeem Jeffries
This is precisely why he and Chuck Schumer shouldn’t be the party’s leaders.
People want both, and if they’re not willing to use the power they’ve been given, they need to get the fuck out of the way and let someone who will.

Since I’ve spent some time this week critiquing other folks’ opinions on the Tuesday elections, it’s probably only fair if I give mine as well.
Here’s my long form thoughts on what these midterms mean for the country & why we got the results that we did.

Sorry, you feckless fucking fossils. The Democratic party you knew is dead. We're building a new one. A Democratic party that is younger, meaner, and capable of decimating dipshits AND delivering relief for voters AT THE SAME DAMN TIME. Get on board or get run the fuck over.

Or, hear me out… abolish and prosecute ICE.
ICE is killing Americans in the streets and violating our Constitutional rights, while covering up their crimes.
Masks and body cameras don’t change that, because it hasn’t stopped it so far.

Jon Stewart on Chuck Schumer: “Someone has to meet this moment. You have an opportunity to actually govern. One of the first things you need to do is remove that system of seniority from Democratic politics. It’s a bullshit system and it needs to go. Chuck Schumer fought tooth and nail against half of these fucking people. He does not understand the urgency of the moment and what the future demands”
There is too much corruption in this party and rather than cut out the cancer they just accept it because it’s the easier thing to do. Where’s the fight for justice and dismantling corruption? Does that just apply to the republicans and not our own party? Because if so then we have a problem. Hakeem Jeffries is not a man of the people and will not fight for what we want. Neither will Chuck Schumer. They need to go and any democrat who defends or supports them is immediately going on my sus list. Get these AIPAC freaks out of here.
