Coach Mitchell came out of retirement to lead her alumni Lady Sabres against Coach Clarke’s current squad. In a nail-biter finish, the alumni narrowly defeated the students but defeated them nonetheless! 🏀🔥

Duke fans. Stop engaging with trolls. Waste of time. In 5 years you’ve won 2 ACC tourney titles, 2 ACC RS titles, and been to two final fours. All this and a coaching change. During this stretch. It sucks to not win it this year. Probably one of the best Duke teams in 20+ years

Advice to HS basketball players. When college coaches come to watch you we dont care how many points you score. We want to see how tough you are, how well you listen, how well do you guard/remember your assignment, how well do you communicate,MAINLY how do you respond to mistakes

I try to explain this all the time. Colleges aren’t looking for freshmen to come in and be their leading scorer. They need players who they can put on the floor that can make a difference WITHOUT scoring

My baby had an awesome tournament this week-ended yesterday-touched down last night and woke me up at the crack of dawn to pop up for some run at South Meck’s practice. NO place like home! #CarolinaLove

High school basketball humbles a lot of kids coming from AAU who are allowed to play out of control, make dumb mistakes and have a low IQ w/ no consequences. When they actually have to play basketball, it doesn’t look the same #GrindHouseBasketball
