Riot Fest 13 story: Ticket states no cameras with detachable lenses. I bring my whole DSLR bag with. Young security person asks to look inside. Inside is a DSLR body and 3 lenses. Asks me, 'Does this camera have detachable lenses?' I say no. Waves me through.

Backstory: I had worked it out previously with an artist's manager to get on the photog pass list. When I got there, I was told they were at their limit and I would not get one. I thought best case, they would have a safe place to leave it. This worked better.
