You just sound dumb because I don’t think you’re fully getting what I’m saying. Every lifter has a different goal to achieve. Smith machine is good for alot of variations. Squatting still good on barbell. All is good. Smith machine isn’t bad, research shows the tension is good 👍

Let’s not act like the gap Josh Green has over everyone in my post is not huge. It’s pretty clear cut he is the best player there. Josh had a great season, McDaniels had an up and down season. They were close in overall impact last year even if you think that eye test should say otherwise.

I’d disagree. Having Randle at the 4 with Rudy at same time was a disaster. Look way better with Naz on floor instead of Randle with Rudy.
