From entry-level to C-suite, women in the workforce are constantly expected to do the office housework whether that's literally cleaning or emotional labor.

Women in Data® goes to 10 Downing Street❤️
Roisin our Founder & Payal our Chair were invited to number 10 to join in celebrations for International Women’s Day!
They shared important insights into our work with Women’s Safety💌
#InternationalWomensDay #IWD #WomensSafety
Honored to have celebrated International Women's Day at No 10 Downing Street yesterday!
It was great to come together and mark the progress we've made in advancing women's rights and opportunities.
A highlight of the day was the inspiring speech by Maria Caulfield MP - Minister for Mental Health & Women’s Mental Health Strategy, who shared insights into the key initiatives and investments dedicated to supporting women. I also had the pleasure of being joined by our amazing friends from Women in Data, Roisin Donnelly and Payal Jain, as we championed the cause of gender equality and empowerment.
Moments like these remind us of the progress we've made and the work still ahead. Let's continue to uplift and empower one another, not just today, but every day.

A whopping 65% of people DON’T see a problem asking childfree workers why they don’t have children.
Fostering a culture that avoid assumptions, judgements and pressure is key.
Small changes can make a big difference:
The language change from “childless” to “childfree”.
This year, we had 12 sessions across the theatre filled with amazing speakers from our partners at @Women_In_Data, including women and allies.
