The color grading for 'AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY' is so unique. I’ve never seen a film with this kind of cinematography.

James Gunn says he was legally forced to remove all references to Batman in ‘CLAYFACE’ “We somehow lost the rights to Batman when Paramount acquired WB.” (via: @JamesGunn | Threads)
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The quote and claim attributed to James Gunn are fabricated; he made no such statement. Clayface lacks direct Batman references by design as an early-timeline DCU film, with Batman IPs actively promoted and projects continuing after the Skydance acquisition. hollywoodreporter.com/movies/movie-n… ign.com/articles/batma… thedirect.com/article/clayfa…

James Gunn says the DCU Batman isn’t from Gotham. (via: @JamesGunn | Threads)
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
James Gunn has not said the DCU Batman isn’t from Gotham; the screenshot appears fabricated. Clayface is set in the DCU's Gotham (Batman simply does not appear in the film). screenrant.com/clayface-movie… denofgeek.com/movies/clayfac… ign.com/articles/james… x.com/JamesGunn/stat…
