Imagine how low your self worth must be to be willing to start a family with a human fleshlight The relationship has no chance The kid has no chance It's a loss for everyone, including society

This happens because women aren't required to grow up

Yes, that's the way the law works. If you consent and don't remember you consented you still consented. Retrograde amnesia doesn't retroactively remove consent. In the American legal system, numerous appellate court decisions have established that a complainant’s post-incident amnesia or an alcohol-induced blackout is not, on its own, legally sufficient evidence of rape. 1. State v. Doss (Ohio, 2008) & State v. Foster (Ohio, 2020) In State v. Doss, the Ohio Court of Appeals reversed a rape conviction specifically addressing this issue. The court ruled that the complainant's testimony that she could not remember the incident did not prove a lack of consent. The court noted that a person in an alcohol-induced blackout may "walk, talk, and fully perform ordinary functions without others being able to tell that he or she was 'blacked out.'" Therefore, memory loss after the fact is not proof of physical or cognitive helplessness during the act. This precedent was upheld in subsequent cases like State v. Foster (2020). Hope you learned something today 😘

Women shouldn't be allowed to be on any jury after this. I firmly believe there should be less rights afforded to women after showing just how incompetent and emotionally manipulated they really are. Who was in the wrong on this one? I wouldn't want to pay for someone who makes me feel obligated to do so.... I also wouldn't want to sleep with someone that makes me feel obligated to do so.

If increased risk of fecal incontinence wasn't enough, maybe this is... Stop being gay.

A man won't put up that that behavior, sorry. Maybe learn to regulate your emotions like a functional adult.

It's time for men to stop dealing with this type of behavior. Maybe sometimes hitting back is the right call.

It baffles me that women do this stuff, literally begging to be looked at and then complain when it happens. Then again, what is a woman without victimhood? This was a setup and she belongs in jail.
