I phoned @VodafoneIreland re a invoice query in Feb. They asked if they could get back to me. I DMed @VodafoneIreland last week. Issues unresolved. Today they took money they shouldn’t have from my bank. Why can’t they be proactive in resolving issues. – at Wicklow, Ireland
