£3.99 for a Northern Irish pork fillet is an absolute steal. Lidl NI. For some weird reason, pork fillet is not very popular. I think it is because folk don't know how to cook it. This is the prime cut of the pig. Is equal if not better than beef fillet steak. Sear the outside in a very hot pan for colour. Cook in the oven until 62C (about 20 mins). Rest for 5 mins, slice and serve.

Evie amd Ziggy aren't mega pals but they get on quite well. He is totally the leader of the pack and doesn't bully her. He will tell her off of she barrels into him or interrupts him when he is doing important stuff like barking at next door's dog or the postman. They don't snug up together but he seems to enjoy having a pal and she needs his strong examples of house living that she can learn from.
