Turned up at #PPTAEdConf2023 on a whim, and really enjoying it so far!
digital divide is real, sow the seeds, keep learning and growing... and move to Aus for an instant pay jump and lower cost of living (not sure I was supposed to take on that last one) #teacherlife #holidayPLD
Watched 4 sessions from #ditchsummit today, and then learned some more te reo... Maybe I can practice my sketch noting skills with the word lists. #summerbreak #keeplearning
Every time I see PD from @MakeMathMoments like #mmmsummit2021, I end up with pages and pages of notes and a list of books and resources I want to buy/read. Maybe I can sneak something onto my Christmas wish-list. For now, back to watching replays as fast as I can before they go.
Finally getting some live sessions @MakeMathMoments conf. @eluberoff really looking forward to finding ways to allow my students to surprise me
Busy watching replays of the @MakeMathMoments conference. @NatBanting biggest takeaway: "as long as you make a move to keep thinking moving, it's a good one"... Always find myself overthinking things.

Don't know about you, but I'm living alone and loving #lockdownnz life, with extra self-care and time for all the things I don't normally get time for at work. In particular: exercise, reading for pleasure, gardening, baking. #workingfromhome #worklifebalance
This really resonates: Children are not onions.

Very well thought out
Todays #lockdown thoughts have been around leadership. Unsurprisingly very similar to good teaching... also I left my pens at work so colour choice is limited.
