A bit more of Kata today. This is the Kata workspace, one place for the whole project, not just code. Code, PDFs, images, video, docs, terminals, previews, memory and AI all stay together. Less switching between tools. More of the project stays in context.

The multi view workspace adapts to the task. Panels are draggable and resizable, so you can arrange editor, terminal, AI, PDFs, images and previews however you need. No fixed layout. Just the workspace shaped around the work.

For Kata agents to work properly, they need a clean environment around them. Files, memory, terminal, previews and project context all stay in one structured workspace. Tomorrow will be a more in depth look at how Kata structures its agents around usage and costs.

Most AI coding tools are still wasting expensive model time on work that should already be handled for them. Searching files, rebuilding context, reading decisions, checking git, finding the same information again. That is the problem I’ve been working on.

The goal is to keep models like Codex and Claude focused on the work that actually needs their reasoning. Kata handles the supporting tasks so the main model spends less time searching, repeating, and rebuilding context.

Kata is designed to become the home for the entire coding workflow. One place to work, keep project context, manage what your agents are doing, and return to the project without having to rebuild everything from scratch. More to show soon as Kata moves closer to release.

Most software is built backwards. Too often, companies start by chasing funding, following trends, and rushing to launch before they've truly understood the problem they're trying to solve. We believe it should work the other way around. Start with a real problem. Build a solution that matters. Refine it through use, feedback, and iteration. Then ship something people genuinely want and need. That philosophy is what led to the creation of Wyre.

Wyre was founded around a simple idea: software should create real value. Whether we're building products, platforms, internal systems, or infrastructure, our focus remains the same solve meaningful problems and build things that last. This account will document that journey. We'll share what we're building, what we're learning, the challenges we face, and the lessons we take from every project along the way. Based in Australia. Building for a global internet. The work has already started, Now we're making it public. @Wyre_dev
