#FullmetalAlchemistBrotherhood #FMA ↓
The circle of life.
New generations are finally falling victim to one of the classic Zelda blunders.
The most famous of which is "never try to get into Gerudo Town if you're not dressed like a woman".
But only slightly less well-known is this: "LEAVE THE CUCCOS ALONE!"
😂😂
Eiji Aonuma says there are three different styles of Zelda:
"What's most important for me is that although you have several different kinds of styles for Zelda games…
You can have the open-air style of games where you have a higher degree of freedom. You can have games that are a bit more like Ocarina, where the focus is on a different kind of narrative pace and the growth of the player. Or you can have the top-down view like the 2D Zelda games. And each one has its own strengths and its own charms, but they all come back to that cycle of exploration and discovery.
And the goal for us as developers is, every time we are approaching one of these, we have to think about, 'Okay, how are we going to make this a fun, enjoyable experience for the player?'"

The remake was developed internally by the main Zelda team.

Looks like a generational pass of the baton to me, to be honest.
People tend to forget (oftentimes willfully) "The Rescuers Down Under" was part of Disney's Renaissance.
For me, this scene has been living rent free in my brain for 35 years. Specially the waterfall jump.
One of the best scenes in this entire era.
You may laugh at this now, but this was a real, tangible problem for Nintendo during the entire following decade.
The idea that Nintendo was a company only for young children, while Sony targeted teenagers and young adults, was one of the main reasons why the lost first place.
Has anyone noticed this, because I sure as hell hasn't, at least not on Twitter.
