The STD Almost Everyone Gets (HPV & Genital Warts)
Odds are you've already had it and never noticed a thing.

PROSTATE OR BLADDER? HOW TO TELL WHAT'S BEHIND YOUR PEEING PROBLEMS
Plenty of men chase prostate treatment for years when their bladder is the real problem.
1. The sign of an overactive bladder
12. What causes it
Damaged nerves to the bladder set off spasms. That happens with:
• Stroke
• Multiple sclerosis
• Parkinson's
• Diabetes
Most of the time, though, the cause is unknown.
13. The simple fix
• Cut out the irritants
• Drink water regularly
• Exercise
• Strengthen your pelvic floor
It sounds basic, but done properly it works wonders.
Slow, weak and dribbly points to your prostate. Sudden and urgent points to your bladder. Know the difference, cut the irritants, train your bladder and pelvic floor, and get both checked.
7 NATURAL WAYS TO DROP WATER WEIGHT FAST
Feeling puffy and bloated? Most of that is water you can flush out.
1. Push your potassium up
6. Pull back on carbs
This is the fastest method. Your body stores carbs as glycogen, and every gram holds 3 to 4 grams of water. That adds up to as much as 5 pounds of water from stored carbs alone, which is why people drop weight so quickly on low carb or keto.
The bloat comes from somewhere else, though. Constantly high insulin stops your kidneys from releasing water. Skip sugary drinks and refined grains, and choose vegetables and whole grains instead.
You don't need to cut carbs completely.
7. Drink more water
When you're dehydrated, your kidneys hold on to water, and you get puffy. Staying hydrated stops that.
How much depends on your size and how hard you train. Aim for clear or light yellow urine. Dark yellow or brown means you're already behind.
Most people drop 2 to 3 pounds of water overnight, and 7 to 10 pounds in a week if they're holding that much. Check with your doctor first to rule out a hidden health issue, and remember water loss is not fat loss. Burning fat takes a real diet and training plan.
