ALT “Steam PvE Survival Crafting Fest ends today — wishlist YAARRGH! Battle Island! and request Playtest access on Steam.”

ALT Explore the island for valuable resources and buried loot, but every journey away from your base consumes the one resource you can't craft: time.

ALT ⚔️ The more dangerous the island becomes, the more teamwork matters.

ALT What you build during the day determines how well you survive the night.

ALT If you enjoy gathering resources, processing materials, building fortifications, exploring procedurally generated islands, and defending everything you’ve built against waves of skeletons, now is a great time to come take a look.

ALT What would your crew build first: a boat or stronger walls?

ALT We’re thrilled to announce that YAARRGH! Battle Island is part of ANZ Indiefest 2026 on Steam. That means from May 8–15, you can find us in the festival alongside a huge lineup of indie games from Australia and New Zealand. If you’re new here, YAARRGH! Battle Island is a co-op pirate survival roguelite where you build your island defenses by day and fight off skeleton sieges by night. Gather resources, fortify your base, man the cannons, and survive escalating undead attacks with your crew. We’re excited to be part of the event, and this is a great time to jump in if you’ve been following the game or just discovered us through the festival. If you want to support us, the best ways are simple: Wishlist the game Request playtest access Tell a friend who loves co-op survival games Thanks for being part of the journey, and thanks to ANZ Indiefest for showcasing indie games from our region.
