Raising interest rates right now is a massive mistake. Higher rates won’t get oil moving through the Strait of Hormuz or lower tariffs on Canadian businesses. They will only make life more expensive for Canadian families and workers, punishing them for something they can’t control.

Don't forget that "Circular Materials" is Loblaws, Pepsico, Clorox, A&W, Sobeys, Kraft Heinz, Proctor and Gamble, Restaurant Brands (Tim's), Nestle and Costco. They sell all the stuff that needs to be recycled. They would prefer to incinerate it all.
