Starting week six with Ozempic. Lost an additional 3kg last week, bringing my total weight loss to 12kg in five weeks. No side effects, but the further away from the dose I get the hungrier I become. #Ozempic

Four weeks since my first Ozempic shot. Weight actually increased last week. End result is a loss of 1.7kg. Not promising. Dosage doubles today; still no side-effects. #Ozempic

Fourth dose of Ozempic today. Weight is down 5.2kg with no side effects. Maybe that will happen when my dose doubles next week. #Ozempic

Third dose of Ozempic today. Weight loss for the week has slowed; currently down an additional 0.8kg. No side effects. #Ozempic

Took my second dose of Ozempic on Tuesday. Weight is currently down 4kg, with a combination of a high protein diet and intermittent fasting. I do believe weight loss will slow down. No side effects (yet). #Ozempic
