(1/n) Our findings demonstrate that by promoting cell survival, shortening hypoblast differentiation, and inhibiting key pathways like TGF-β via ALK5, Hippo, FGF-driven RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK, and Src signaling has significantly enhanced 5iLA-blastoid formation efficiency.

What IVM can do? | An PCOS women went for ART. IVM was chosen. 19 eggs retrieved at OPU without stimulation. 15 eggs matured. 9 D3 embryos, and then 7 blastocysts obtained. First FET with 1 blastocyst, patient got pregnant. 6 blastocysts still in the tank. Why stimulation ?
