Twin brothers from Ghana have pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud.
Jamal Abubakari, aka Arrangement, 22, and Kamal Abubakari, aka Lancaster, 22, and an American woman pleaded guilty to charges of being part of an international criminal network that devised romance fraud schemes to obtain money from victims who were mostly older Americans.
According to allegations in court documents, the defendants conspired with others to use fake personas to establish close, personal relationships with the victims which were often romantic in nature. After being misled by false stories, the victims sent money via wire transfer to financial accounts controlled by conspiracy members. Collectively, the victims lost more than $9 million.

Like she said, the setting, venue, event, purpose, applicable dress code, and circumstances all matter. You don't wanna feel less confident in yourself.
Sometimes, without saying a word, the way you carry yourself can give people the impression that you don't belong in a particular setting.
