Most founders ship too fast.
I’ve got a name for them: “on to the next” founders.
People who never built anything clap when you drop a UI on Monday and call it shipped. Most of those weekend products just suck. The shell isn’t thought through. Screens, nav, a chat box. No domain expertise. Nothing.
The target group shrugs. They don’t iterate. They drop the idea and jump. New niche. New stack. Grass looks greener.
The hard part was never the weekend.
The hard part is staying in the same narrow thing long enough to iterate. Same customer. Same job. Second version, third version, the ugly one that finally does the work.
