Our team hosted the annual @roushyates Fish Fry yesterday with my Mom, Richard, Jack, Mark, family, and friends. The annual Fish Fry is to celebrate the birthday of Robert Yates, Richard Yates, and Jack Roush, who all share the same birthdate, with Jack being one year older.
We were honored to rebuild an engine for @markmartin, who joined us to unveil the iconic No. 6 Thunderbird and share stories from the 1993–1995 Watkins Glen chassis Jr. 17 race winner, as well as its 1997 Suzuka Circuit pole in Japan.
#TBT to a special day at @TALLADEGA in 2024, as I was behind the wheel of @DaleJarrett's No. 88 1999 Winston Cup Championship car alongside the 1987 No. 28 Davey Allison Thunderbird. Talladega will always be a special place for the Yates family. It’s where my dad earned his first and last wins as a team owner, and it’s a place filled with unforgettable memories and history.

My dad was my hero, my mentor, and the most influential person in my life. I was incredibly fortunate to spend most of my racing career working alongside him and learning from him. My journey started at an early age, from washing bolts and cleaning the shop, to becoming an engine builder and ultimately having the honor of leading his vision at Roush Yates Engines.
Robert believed in people, gave me opportunities, and helped shape the person and who I am today. I will always be grateful for his trust, his guidance, and the love he shared for our family. The Yates family will forever be grateful for my dad and the incredible legacy he left behind. We love you, we miss you, and we will carry your vision and memory with us every day.
The first @MatsuuraUSA machine installation is almost complete!
Our new 5-axis MX-520T, paired with @MMUSCuttingTool tooling, MP Systems coolant systems, and PQI probing technology, is another step forward in expanding our production capabilities. This machine and others from Matsuura will assist our team in precision machining for various industries.

Happy birthday to NASCAR Hall of Famer Leonard Wood. A mechanical innovator and master crew chief, Wood helped revolutionize the modern pit stop as a member of Wood Brothers Racing. When traditional floor jacks weighed 70 to 80 pounds and required as many as 10 pumps to lift a race car, Wood modified the design so his team could raise a car with just two or three pumps. Wood’s expertise also helped power one of the most successful partnerships in NASCAR history.
