Phantoms... I may have outdone myself on this one a bit. Thank you for challenging me, believing in me, supporting my work, and doing what I knew was possible, but had long gone undone. You've re-established a community where art and creativity can flourish, and for that I am grateful. Working on all of these beautiful comics, animations, and having the opportunity just to revel in the adventure and wonder of it all has been such a breath of fresh air in a world that had otherwise become depressing, stagnant, and lacking in beauty. I never imagined that it would come from the Harry Potter fandom. However, I think it is very fitting that it is so as the art of yearning, beautifully written words, lovely drawings, inspired music and all of that has been so choked and stifled that I knew a renaissance was possible, but unlikely. People spoke of the loss of masterpiece, but when challenged to support those who would make it for its own sake it was met with distrust, condescension, and even animosity, accusations of laziness, and an overall disrespect of professional art...so for some time there have been little embers and sparks here and there, but I believe that this moment in particular has the potential to be a catalyst for the revival of the arts. I've waited and prepared much of my life for a moment such as this and I am honored to be witness to it. I do not know exactly what the future holds, but I hope that it is filled with beautiful artworks and powerful storytelling like this. Tonight I started and completed another comic edit voiceover, and I'm just kind of stunned. The artwork is so masterful and moving.... this is exactly what is missing from almost everything right now. Something that evokes both an intellectual and an emotional reaction. Something that resonates with the soul. Thank you @MaroonR19 and @JordykJordan for allowing me the privilege to elevate this already stunning art and animated edit. I think if I had more time I could probably take it further, but I think for the moment this will do just fine.
