🎯
good software engineers are graduating from managing codebases to simply just managing complexity

I love it when it's less LOCs, but higher leverage code. Code with strategy in mind is da moat.

The less code there is, the easier it is to adapt it, change it, make it do something different. The value of code is how little effort you need to put in to make it solve a problem. And the problems change over time Thinking a thousand useless thoughts a second

The future is protocol-driven.

nothing more tiring than watching your work be ignored as a narrative violation, studied when it becomes too dominant to ignore, then copied and released without attribution 6 months later to full fanfare. truly incredible.

Most of clear thinking comes from having a purpose. You ask more about the world and clash with the world in a extremely higher frequency than most people because you have a mission.

Y'all should reverse engineer data sheets. Characterize everything.

the problem with ai is that you build the initial version, but you never get past the wall of prerequisites you need to proceed further to learn those, you would need to actually do things yourself

I will dig in the protocol engineering cave until retirement.

People out here saying it feels pointless to learn now. Welp, personally just 1000x more excited to intellectually compound. Retardio.

We're already safe. We've literally been nonstop shipping useful PQC since Jan 2025, have done more than all other teams combined and yet have somehow gotten more coverage and support from outside of Solana than within. It's actually insane. 😭
