Yes! I finally dealt with a project in my house I've been avoiding for quite some time. A small victory!

Yes, sitting on couch. Staying sober for my unborn child 😀 it's surprisingly easy knowing alcohol could kill or deform the little one 🥴 I'm more worried about when they're born.
Halfway through the week, have you knocked out any of your goals?

Life on life's terms. Simple but not always easy. Certainly a lot easier knowing that I am not alone. I have the support of all my brothers and sisters in recovery ❤️

Just maintaining my sobriety and my mental health, are really the most important things to me. I’m glad I chose not to have kids because it would be too much to juggle that with a family. Just one day at a time is all I can count on.

This sounds corny. But I rule my life now. Learning I can choose was huge for me - choose not to drink, what boundaries I can set, what values I want to live by...it's been life changing 😊

I made that choice too. It wasn’t easy and I’ve had my fair share of regret, but I would’ve crashed and burned, all of us. I at least knew not to do that. Or? Would I have been a different, better person if I jumped into motherhood? I didn’t feel confident, now ???😢

When I first got clean, I wouldn't have known what honesty was if I fell over it. Through the 12 steps I am learning truth and the truth is setting me free! 💖
