Does this sound like a system that helps the ordinary litigant? The failed 'constitutional bench' experiment already showed how disastrous such parallel structures can be. Access to justice will become slower, costlier, and more uncertain.

So long as Pakistanis with dual nationalities declare their global income in Pakistan and pay the net taxes in Pakistan - they should get voting rights in Pakistan.
