Manikonda Ward Inspection | Narsingi Circle
The Zonal Commissioner, Serilingampally Zone, CMC, visited Manikonda Ward and inspected ongoing engineering, road widening and encroachment removal works to improve road connectivity, pedestrian safety and overall urban infrastructure.
Manikonda Marrichettu Junction: Reviewed the proposed road widening from Marrichettu Junction to Vijetha Road, along with the associated electrical pole-shifting status.
Panchavati Road Connectivity: Inspected the trial arrangements for road connectivity at Road No. 10, Panchavati Colony thereby providing access from Trials Villas to Malkamcheruvu.
Model Road Inspection: Reviewed the model road and assessed the scope for further improvements.
Footpaths & Junction Development: Instructed the concerned engineering officials to prepare proposals for footpath development and comprehensive improvement of Marrichettu Junction to ensure safer pedestrian movement and smoother traffic flow.
Vijetha Supermarket: Instructed the DEE, SNDP(Projects) to consider and take up linking of road from Vijetha Supermarket to Chitrapuri Colony road.
The officials were directed to prepare proposals and take necessary follow-up action for the timely development of road infrastructure.

Bharathi Nagar Ward | One Ward Every Day – Grievances Follow-up Inspection
As part of the Commissioner, CMC madam’s “One Ward Every Day” initiative, the Zonal Commissioner, Serilingampally Zone, CMC, along with the concerned officials, conducted a follow-up inspection in Bharathi Nagar Ward of Ameenpur Circle to review the progress of works of identified civic issues and grievances raised in one ward every day programme.
The concerned departments were instructed to expedite pending works, ensure quality execution, and take prompt action to resolve public grievances, with a focus on improving sanitation, road conditions, drainage, and overall civic infrastructure.

Morning Field Inspection | Narsingi Circle!!
This morning, inspected ongoing infrastructure and park development works in Narsingi Circle, along with the Zonal Commissioner, Superintending Engineer, Deputy Commissioner and engineering officials.
🔹 Chitrapuri Colony Model Road: Directed officials to expedite the work and ensure the footpath is completed along the entire 1 km stretch.
🔹 Park, Narsingi: Reviewed the park development work at vara lakshmi tiffin center and instructed officials to speed up execution.
🔹 Sanitation: Instructed sanitation staff to ensure proper cleaning and upkeep of the area.
🔹Central median: Inspected the central median RCC wall work from Old Sub-Registrar Office to YSR Statue and directed officials to complete it at the earliest.

Morning Field Inspection | Miyapur Circle!!
This morning, inspected sports facilities and stormwater drainage infrastructure in Miyapur Circle, Serilingampally Zone, along with the Zonal Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, EE, Dy. EE, ACP and other departmental officials.
🔹 PJR Stadium, Chandanagar: Inspected the badminton, basketball, skating and boxing courts.
🔹 Sports Arena, Hafeezpet Flyover: Inspected the sports facilities and related arrangements.
🔹 JP Nagar: Inspected the stormwater drain near Gurunath Cheruvu.
Reviewed the facilities and drainage works at these locations and directed the concerned officials to address the identified requirements and take necessary follow-up action.

Inauguration of Vaishali Nagar Underpass | Serilingampally Zone, CMC
The Zonal Commissioner, Serilingampally Zone, CMC, along with Hon’ble MLA Sri Arekapudi Gandhi Garu, CMC officials, and Traffic Police officials, inaugurated the Vaishali Nagar Underpass, connecting My Home Mangala Road to Manjeera Pipeline Road.
Earlier, this stretch was functioning as a one-way road, resulting in significant traffic congestion and inconvenience to commuters. With the inauguration of the underpass with two-way road, connectivity between these roads is expected to improve, facilitating smoother vehicular movement and providing much-needed relief to daily commuters.
This initiative marks an important step towards improving traffic management, strengthening urban infrastructure, and enhancing public convenience through the coordinated efforts of CMC, local public representatives, and the Traffic Police Department.

Morning Field Inspection | Ameenpur Circle
Inspected seven development works worth ₹4.95 crore in Ameenpur Circle, Serilingampally Zone, along with the Zonal Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner, Ameenpur.
The works include the Mahila Bhavana Community Hall at Kakatiya Nagar, storm water drains in the BHEL Metro area and Narendra Colony–Durga Province stretch, CC roads in Beeramguda and Sri Vani Nagar, and footpath and central median works on the Sunway Opus–Chetan Anand Badminton Academy Road.
Also interacted with local residents and RWA representatives to discuss the ongoing works and their specific requirements in these areas.
Instructed officials to complete the works ahead of schedule, with regular field inspections to monitor progress and address delays.

Field Inspection | One Ward – Every Day Programme Grievance Follow-Up
The Zonal Commissioner, Serilingampally Zone, along with concerned officials and local public representatives conducted a field inspection in RC Puram and Beeramguda Wards of Ameenpur Circle to review grievances raised under the One Ward – Every Day Programme, examine proposed solutions, and assess the progress of ongoing works.
The team also inspected the proposed Storm Water Drain works and Ameenpur Circle Office development works, emphasizing the need for effective planning, timely execution, and quality infrastructure to address public needs.
Officials were instructed to prioritize public grievances, expedite pending works, and ensure effective coordination among all concerned sections for the timely resolution of civic issues and improved public amenities.

Mobility Symposium 2026 | Building Resilient Urban Mobility!!
At the Mobility Symposium 2026 in Bengaluru, the Commissioner, Cyberabad Municipal Corporation, joined the Chief Commissioner, Greater Bengaluru Authority, and the Commissioner, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, for a discussion on the capacity and future of urban public transport.
The conversation brought together experiences on buses, Metro integration, walking and cycling, and first- and last-mile connectivity — but more importantly, on how these need to work as parts of one connected journey rather than as separate systems.
For rapidly growing cities, the challenge is not only to add more transport infrastructure, but to make the everyday journey between home, work and other destinations more reliable, accessible and resilient.
A useful exchange of experiences and perspectives on what it will take to build public transport capacity that keeps pace with growing cities.

Field Visit & Review of Developmental Works – Narsingi Circle
Today Zonal Commissioner, Serilingampally Sri Narayan Amit, IAS along with Hon’ble MLA Rajendranagar Sri T. Prakash Goud Garu inspected the ongoing SNDP works at Pandem Vaagu Nala and Nalla inspection at Trails Villas.
Further, a detailed review was also conducted at the Narsingi Circle Office with the concerned Section Officers and officials of various line departments on the progress of ongoing works, key issues, and necessary measures for their timely completion.

CMC | T-Works — From Ideas to Working Prototypes
The Commissioner, Cyberabad Municipal Corporation, visited T-Works and reviewed innovative projects, prototypes and startup initiatives focused on technology-driven solutions for urban challenges.
The visit was attended by the three Zonal Commissioners, AC Health & Sanitation, Chief Engineer and other concerned CMC officials.
During the visit, CMC signed an MoU with T-Works to facilitate collaboration in innovation, prototyping and technology-driven solutions for municipal and urban challenges.
The discussions focused on developing practical solutions for:
🔹 Innovative street furniture and user-friendly public urinals
🔹 Pothole repair and road maintenance
🔹 Mosquito and vector control
🔹 Sanitation and other field-level municipal requirements
The Commissioner also reviewed solutions in water hyacinth management, high-rise firefighting, recyclable materials and liquid waste treatment.
The focus is simple: take an urban problem, build a prototype, test it on the ground and scale what works.

Jayesh Ranjan IAS Sir, Spl CS Metropolitan Area and Urban Development Department, the Commissioner, Cyberabad Municipal Corporation Dr. Srijana IAS Ma'am, inaugurated the new Ashray Rest Stop Centre for Gig Workers at Kondapur, established in partnership with Amazon India.
For gig and delivery workers, who spend long hours navigating roads, often moving from one delivery to another with little opportunity to stop, Ashray creates that space — a place to pause, rest, recharge and access essential facilities during the working day.

Morning Field Inspection | Pandenavagu SNDP Works!!
The Commissioner, Cyberabad Municipal Corporation, conducted a morning field inspection of the ongoing Pandenavagu SNDP works, along with the Zonal Commissioner, Chief Engineer and other Engineering officials, to review the ground situation and key requirements across various stretches.
The inspection covered:
🔹 Nala Alignment & Width
Site-level issues related to nala alignment and nala width were reviewed, along with the requirement for removal of encroachments.
🔹 Marichettu Junction
The encroachment along Bulkapur Nala and the proposal for road widening from Marichettu to Panchavati Colony were reviewed.
🔹 Slip Road Proposal
The proposed slip road from Vijetha Supermarket to Chitrapuri Model Road along the nala, planned as a road-cum-box drain, was inspected.
🔹 Shaikpet Nala Diversion
At the Panchavati Colony diversion point, the site was inspected and necessary instructions were issued to the concerned officials for further action.
The Commissioner directed the concerned teams to coordinate on the pending issues and take up the required works at the earliest.

Ashray | A Place to Pause, Rest & Recharge!!
The Commissioner, Cyberabad Municipal Corporation, inaugurated a new Ashray Centre at Kondapur, established in partnership with the Government of Telangana and Amazon India.
The centre is part of the Ashray initiative under the MoU to establish Ashray centres across Hyderabad, being taken forward under the guidance of Sri Jayesh Ranjan, Spl. CS, Metropolitan Area & Urban Development Department.
