Warning to anyone selling to @vroomcars They bought out the lease on my “upside down” SQ5 on March 11th, but Audi hasn’t received the payoff. Vroom now has my car, my $8K negative equity payment & I’m still making monthly payments. Oh and they won’t get back to me. Any advice?
Case closed, Audi is paid. If the @vroomcars leadership team wants to know how to solve their CSAT problems, I’ve got a few recommendations. The first and foremost being, assign accountability to EEs. Your customers are in the dark 90% of the time.

I told @ericsyuan that this call, even before he joined, was the most fun I’ve had online in months, if not years. “I love you all. Thank you, Andrew.”
Surprised to see CEO of a $25 B company take ownership like this. He’s still on, taking questions, listening to feedback. $ZM

Can't agree more, @AaronLewis! It was very surreal yesterday and today isn't much different. Going to enjoy the feeling through the weekend and then nose back to the grindstone on Sunday night! A huge shoutout to all my clients who helped us achieve this milestone!
