@Uber_Support @UberEats why is it so hard to get a real person to help you with order issues? I ordered dinner for me and my partner from @calpizzakitchen and the restaurant forgot to include my entree in the sealed bag. What followed was a stressful game of blame.
Tried to get support from the @Uber app and it called the driver. The driver said to call the restaurant. The restaurant said to call Uber. The app would not let me chat or call a human until I reported a safety issue. The person on the phone hung up on me. Terrible experience.

@AskeBay, explain to me why you do not think @joinoneapp is a real bank? I tried selling something and now I cannot cash out because I don’t have a supported bank account. Your support team’s option is to open a new account with a “real” bank.
@AskeBay my other option was to wait for the account to lapse, have the money go to my state’s unclaimed fund agency and claim the money that way. I think you should just fix your system so I can link my @joinoneapp account or mail me a check.

Thanks @onefinancehq for being so responsive to feedback. I made an Apple Shortcut to calculate a daily transfer amount I could set in One to mimic @simple Goals. I reported an issue with how dollar amounts paste into the transfer page and it was fixed in this new release.
Really disappointed that @simple is closing. The email I got today comparing their services to @BBVA_USA just solidified how much better they were from traditional banking. Definitely not sticking around once the transition completes.
