Girl is straight up living an Edgar Allan Poe tale right now (adopt that kitty Zayda!)
When a lot of bad stuff keeps happening to you, doesn’t that mean something great is about to happen?

Fighting her fave and homelessness in a triple threat match. Zayda Steel you are incredible 🫶
Zayda Steel reflects on wrestling Mercedes Moné, held back tears during her entrance:
“Guys, my music hit, and instantly, I tried to hold back tears on my entrance. I’ve never blanked out that quick in a match.
That was like my comfort wrestler. You know when you deal with a lot in life, and you have your comfort people? Mercedes was always that for me, and to get that early on year one. I haven’t even been in AEW for a year, and I got my dream match already. So I already know after year one, I’m only gonna get better and better.
So Mercedes, we’re gonna run it back. And whatever I said earlier, bring that clip up later when I beat her.”

Tonight, All Elite Wrestling will honor the life, career and legacy of one of the greatest people we've ever known, @BastardPAC.
Join us for A Tribute to PAC, tonight! This one’s for Ben.
Every week before shows, I try to pick people’s brains. PAC was quiet, so I never went out of my way to approach him. But one day, he stopped me in catering, complimented my work ethic, and I got to tell him I’d been trying things I’d watched from his matches with Sami and others growing up. He told me to never hesitate to ask for help.
Just last week, before my match with Thekla, PAC was wrestling right after me. He told me not to overthink and that I was going to do just fine. That was the last thing I heard from him.
