NEW VIDEO!
So, you want to learn Game Design.
Great! Play these five games.
Don't argue, just do it.

This is not looking good, y'know. That was two weeks ago today.
If it doesn't go straight through, then the fixes are gonna delay everything.
Side effect of the AI production rush, I think.
Something I love about this.
Titular legendary instrument, entire point of the game, most important item in all of Hyrule. And you get it... by diving to the bottom of a moat while nobody's there. And that's it.
Yup. Submitted on the 12th, still waiting.
Game developers who plan to release a game on #Steam: the time for a build review displayed is completely outdated!
It used to be 3-5 days, but nowadays, it takes around 2 weeks for each round of review. You might need 4-6 weeks if have fixes to make. Plan accordingly!
Y'know you can build a whole ass game and then sit there staring blankly at why the seemingly very very simple Steam Cloud Save system isn't working. For like two hours.
Dammit.
Wonder if they'll shift the Shadow Temple to last, or move the Nocturne on the status screen to before the Spirit Temple song.
"It was easy to miss"
There's two gigantic trees and a climbable wall, and nothing else.
"What was your biggest impact on the internet?"
I created (stole, obviously, from a show) and was the first person to upload this meme.
There is a certain irony to AI art being called 'slop' when the universal identifying colour tint of AI art is brown.
You're recording a playthrough of Ocarina of Time for a video.
You get to the Desert Colossus.
Your recording gets ten minutes longer because you've got to listen to the Gerudo Valley music at least twice.
I realise this is only going to cross over to about three people but just so you know, on my upcoming Ocarina of Time video, I did a sequence break to get into the Gerudo Fortress early and grab a heart container.
I've been playing this game for 28 years. I know how to do that.
I'm writing a video script about Ocarina of Time. I've just written a thousand words on the Water Temple.
It's going to be a long video.
I'm not coming after you or anything, but you're the guy who said OoT wasn't the "traditional" model, and now you're saying it's just the LttP one.
How many games have to historically follow the same model before it's "traditional" to you?
There are certain fans of game franchises that have a misplaced sense of self-righteousness, Zelda fans are a perfect example.
There are a number of fans who think of themselves as appointed arbiters and get to dictate what is or isn't considered "Zelda".
I remember a time after Skyward Sword's release when Zelda fans were complaining that Zelda was stale and needed to evolve and be more like Skyrim.
BOTW comes out and changed a lot of the typical Zelda conventions for the better of the franchise and made Zelda more popular than ever and now you have Zelda purists bitching that BOTW & TOTK "ruined Zelda" and they aren't "real Zelda games".
All I can say is shut up.
Every franchise needs to evolve and can't stay the same forever, why do fans just want to essentially play the OOT Model (which is actually the LTTP Model) over and over, when devs don't take risks you end up with more of the same scenarios like Metroid Prime 4 which I don't want.
Even people who know how to beat Dark Link are going to intentionally stab him just to see that themselves
