Any other #ADHD folk finding it near impossible to tell if medication is having an effect?
I think I have been overly influenced by the YouTube tribe and expected a miracle/ massive light bulb moment.
Stories of gentle, almost imperceptible improvement would help me right now.

A #BookRecommendation for you:
#TheLongestSpring - An astounding debut novel that pulled me in, broke my heart & held me captivated until the bitter end. It's a beautifully written & heart-rending story of life, love & loss in the #WW1 trenches.

I'm 40 & have recently been diagnosed with #ADHD. Many women are diagnosed later in life. The stereotype of a little boy bouncing off the walls still prevails
It's helpful to have a diagnosis but crushing in its own way & overwhelming trying to unpick the havoc ADHD has wreaked
Such beautiful paintings and such a beautiful idea to help us all feel a little connected. 🥰
