....and here's that flying header to get things moving @PhilthyRider A sublime flicked cross whilst also filming if I do say so. #skillz
We're back with the final round of the #IsolationCup With the scores level at 4-4 it's a 3 shot shootout with only one take allowed per shot. I'll leave it to the Bircham Bombers TV presenters to explain.

Round 4 of the #IsolationCup "Pull the Other One" - a test of that weaker foot, the one that's only really meant for standing on😜! Control it and then volley it in with the left peg @ZweiRaider

Round 2 complete at a chilly but sunny Alcombe Arena. Score stands at 2-2 after Cass converted his 'How's your touch' challenge. Next up 'Combinations', Round 3 coming soon....
Round 2 of the #IsolationCup challenge for @ZweiRaider and Cass, "How's Your Touch": take down a highball & 💣Boom💣 💥Bang💥 it in! Not easy in the windy conditions.
So Rd one ends 1-1 with plenty to play for. @PhilthyRider and Ben up next to set the challenge for us. 😬
